Ben is the founder of Jenkins & Co and the resident Excel geek. He loves nothing more than a well organised spreadsheet… Okay maybe his wife, four children, dog and Liverpool just (and only just!) outrank the love of spreadsheets!

Client Services Manager

Hannah is our resident film star (she has her own IMDB page!) having starred in various productions from stage to film. She enjoys designing and implementing processes to streamline everything possible.

Finance Associate

Mat is Hannah’s younger brother. Having worked previously as a 3rd Line IT Engineer, Mat decided to take a break and travel the world. We’re more than happy to have Mat in our ranks while on the other side of the planet.

Chloe is learning on the job and is studying AAT Level 3 while ensuring our clients’ bookkeeping is as neat as it can (and should!) be.

A musician and fellow country music fan to Ben, Alex brings the entertainment to the office. He is due to complete a charity event in September 2025, raising £2,000 in the process.

Jo is the unfortunate person who married, and has to deal with, Ben. She helps out with the company admin and tells Ben to stop talking about work.

Ginny is Ben’s personal assistant, often trying to assist on calls or demand that he takes appropriate breaks. Enjoys running along a beach but hates seagulls.

Our management team's experience

Ben Jenkins

Managing Director, Ben, trained at Hazlewoods, covering a variety of sectors from Healthcare and education through to Engineering and Construction. His early career focused largely on accounts production and audits, before making the move to the other side of the industry with Optimising IT. Ben led the finance team at Optimising IT and helped optimise various processes through use of automation and documentation. His passion lies in using technology to deliver easily digestible and reliable financial information, and helping business owners understand their company finances better.

Hannah Galliers-Williamson

Our Client Services Manager, Hannah has worked across most aspects of our finance world, previously working alongside Ben at Hazlewoods where she was an auditor, Optimising IT where she was the Finance Manager prior to Ben, worked as a production accountant on some Hollywood blockbusters and more. She excels when breaking down processes, simplifying them in a logical manner, while sticking to best practices.
