Jenkins & Co. was launched on 11 September 2023 after its founder, Ben, decided to leave the world of employment with Optimising IT and follow his entrepreneurial dreams.
After a conversation with the Directors at Optimising IT, Jenkins & Co had their first client onboard. This was quickly followed by Hazlewoods and a handful of other local businesses, requiring Hannah to join the team part time just six weeks later. We’re currently a team of three (with the aim to be a team of five by March 2025), with reliable contractors on hand to aid our service delivery if required.
We specialise in outsourced finance services and Excel development to help companies optimise their finance workflows. Small businesses, while often being able to bookkeep and prepare basic financials, have enough on their plate without having to learn accountancy too… This is where Jenkins & Co come in. Using a combination of experience and reporting tools, the complicated can be made simple and digestible with ample forward planning to help you keep on top of everything… Without a load of complicated jargon.

Ben Jenkins
Managing Director
Ben is the founder of Jenkins & Co and the resident Excel geek. He loves nothing more than a well organised spreadsheet… Okay maybe his wife, four children, dog and Liverpool just (and only just!) outrank the love of spreadsheets!
Hannah Galliers
Client Services Manager
Hannah is our resident film star (she has her own IMDB page!) having starred in various productions from stage to film. She enjoys designing and implementing processes to streamline everything possible.
Mat Galliers
Business Administrator
Mat is Hannah’s younger brother. Having worked previously as a 3rd Line IT Engineer, Mat decided to take a break and travel the world. We’re more than happy to have Mat in our ranks while on the other side of the planet.
Ginny Jenkins
Executive Barketing Officer
Ginny is Ben’s personal assistant, often trying to assist on calls or demand that he takes appropriate breaks. Enjoys running along a beach but hates seagulls.
