After several years of experience as a finance manager in the tech sector, and an auditor across a range of industries, I have decided to take the leap and start my own business as an outsourced finance manager for SMBs. Although I have enjoyed my time working for larger companies, specifically Optimising IT and Hazlewoods, and have learned a great deal, the time was right for me to venture out on my own to develop my own offering.
Small businesses often face unique challenges when it comes to financial management. They may not have the resources to hire a full-time finance manager, but they still need someone to oversee their finances and provide valuable insights into their performance. This is one of the areas where I come in. Part of my offering of outsourced finance solutions is to provide small businesses with the expertise they need to make informed financial decisions and grow their business.
Venturing out on my own is not without its challenges, but I am confident in my abilities and excited about the prospect of helping small businesses succeed.
I’ll be working closely with each of my clients to understand their unique needs and provide customised solutions that are tailored to their specific situation, whether it’s in their accounts, their processes or their Excel eco-system.
