Jenkins & Co. has grown from a one-person operation to a team of seven in under two years. As we continue to grow, we're always interested in hearing from talented finance professionals who share our values and want to be part of something special.
What it's like to work here
We're not a faceless corporation. We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Founded in September 2023 by Ben Jenkins, we've built a culture that values quality work, honest communication, and looking after each other.
We're remote-first, which means you can work from wherever suits you best. Most of the team are based in and around Gloucestershire, but we're open to talented people from further afield. We use cloud-based tools, communicate regularly, and get together in person for team days and socials.
