What it's like to work here

We're not a faceless corporation. We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Founded in September 2023 by Ben Jenkins, we've built a culture that values quality work, honest communication, and looking after each other.

We're remote-first, which means you can work from wherever suits you best. Most of the team are based in and around Gloucestershire, but we're open to talented people from further afield. We use cloud-based tools, communicate regularly, and get together in person for team days and socials.

What we typically look for

AAT qualified (or equivalent) with practical bookkeeping experience
Confident with Xero and cloud-based accounting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication skills - we value people who can explain finance without jargon
Experience with payroll processing is a plus
A genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed
