Jenkins & Co. was launched on 11 September 2023 after our founder, Ben, decided to leave the world of employment and follow his entrepreneurial dreams. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a dedicated team of seven, serving clients across the UK and beyond.

Our story

After a conversation with the Directors at Optimising IT, Jenkins & Co. had their first client onboard. This was quickly followed by Hazlewoods and a handful of other local businesses, requiring Hannah to join the team part-time just six weeks later.

We specialise in outsourced finance services and Excel development to help companies optimise their finance workflows. Small businesses, while often being able to bookkeep and prepare basic financials, have enough on their plate without having to learn accountancy too.

Using a combination of experience and reporting tools, the complicated can be made simple and digestible with ample forward planning to help you keep on top of everything - without a load of complicated jargon.

Located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we understand the challenges faced by businesses in our local communities. That's why we offer a unique blend of local expertise and remote support, taking the weight of finance and accounting off your shoulders.

Ben trained at Hazlewoods, covering sectors from healthcare and education to engineering and construction. After leading the finance team at Optimising IT, he founded Jenkins & Co. in 2023. His passion lies in using technology to deliver clear, reliable financial information and helping business owners understand their numbers better.
